Who was your hero when you were a child?   Dad

You are an artist because….  Because I can’t do anything else (and I’m to scared to rob a bank).

Andreas Lyon is an American-Danish character and strong method actor known for bringing emotional depth to his powerful character parts in film and TV. His work ranges from sketch comedy to high drama, in both Denmark and the US. Andreas is also known as an acting coach - a career which began during his years living and working in LA.  Andreas now lives in Copenhagen and is represented by Dryblue Agency. 

Recent work on Danish TV includes: Sommerdahl (TV 2 Play 2023), Helt Ny (DR Ultra 2023) Elvira ( Viaplay 2022); Grønland - 300 år  (Danmarks Radio 2021-22); Kastanjemanden  (Netflix 2021 ); Klovn 8 (TV 2 play: 2021); Frederik IX: episode 3 (Danmarks Radio 2020)  Julemandens Datter 2 playing Bedemand (2020); Theatre in Copenhagen: OLD TIMES by Harold Pinter (HIT House of International Theatre 2020).
