Swedish-born director and composer Paul Glaser, also Artistic and Managing Director of the English Theatre of Hamburg, has a strong list of international theatre credits behind him. Known in his early career to Swedish audiences in roles as for example Tony in “Westside Story” (Malmö), Jack in “Into the Woods” (Stockholm), or nationwide from the SVT series “Solstollarna” and more, he is now the Artistic and Managing director of The English Theatre of Hamburg. Paul’s international career in Norther Europe is spanning 35 years as artist, director, choreographer and composer. Besides leading roles in productions such as Cats, Grease, the Rocky Horror Show and many more, Paul is a sought-after composer and songwriter who has created sound design for over 40 plays. He has co-written 5 successful musicals, and been commissioned to create music by numerous highly prestigious venues -  sucha s Friedrichstadtpalast in Berlin, Mendelssohn Choir in Hamburg, German national TV and many more. As a director, his work can be regularly seen in London, Hamburg and Malmö.
